Since 1972, C & W Industrial has worked with numerous governments, offshore oil companies and seafood processers to deliver high quality, custom boats, barges and seafood processing equipment to suit their needs. We have built over 200 boats since 1982, including aluminum work boats, semi displacement boats, fast rescue craft, high speed patrol boats, pleasure boats, sea trucks, seine skiffs, pontoon boats, offal barges, fishing boats, passenger ferries, and oil recovery barges. In May of 1999, C & W Industrial delivered its final shipment of 33 Patrol Boats to the Venezuelan National Guard to complete the contract of 58.
C & W Industrial specializes in the custom design and fabrication of seafood processing equipment. In 1994 C & W designed its first continuous brine freezer. This system allows for single station loading and unloading of the brine freezer, which reduces labour costs and provides a continuous flow through the system. There are also fewer baskets around the plant floor due to the fact that the baskets are in the system.
The C & W product line includes unloading, grading and processing equipment for many different species of fish, including capelin, sardines, anchovies, herring, squid, cod and pollock. Our product line also includes equipment for crab, lump roe, redfish, whiting, scallops, shrimp, lobster, whelk, mussels, sea urchins and many more.
