In the beginning while acting solely as a property investment business, with a portfolio of both commercial and residential properties, the principles of Keystone Grey worked with and saw first-hand the difficulties of dealing with traditional property managers. Keystone Grey allows their Snow Removal Contractors to leave a huge pile of dirt at the parking stalls assigned for contractor (onsite workers) Parking for the entire winter season. The complex has a lot of areas approved for snow pile but the Snow Contractors are lazy and want to pile snow at the stalls and Keystone Grey won't do anything about it. So majority of the workers onsite and delivery trucks, pandemic delivery drivers are parking in the No Parking areas and driveways, often blocking access to and out of Residents stalls and leading to safety hazards in emergency situations. In doing condo doc reviews for purchasers I will reach out to the management company to ask for additional information or to clarify and every time I have had prompt and professional responses from the Property Managers. Eva is one of the PM's that I dealt with most recently and it was extremely helpful. Purchasing can be an overwhelming experience so being able to get answers quickly really helps to make the whole purchase process less overwhelming.

This is just a terrible property management company, they give no notice when they start a project. Twice now they have been in charge of hiring people to do work on my townhouse and both times it has been dealt with in a very unprofessional way. I have done many renovations in my life on houses and never had the problems this company causes. I have paid my strata payment without missing one for 8 years. I dont recommend this property management company at all. Stay away far far away. My neighbor had one of her brand new windows break after it was installed by the company Keystone Grey hired ,

I have owned multiple properties, and I can confidently say that Keystone Grey is the absolute worst property management company I have ever dealt with. The first correspondence I received after Keystone took over for my previous management company was so poorly written and unprofessional I thought it was a joke. There is zero communication, even when very series, time-sensitive issues come up, and the few times I have been lucky enough to receive a response, I have been treated terribly. So to anyone debating switching management companies to Keystone, don't do it!

Sheer disappointment in their services. I have lived at Wickham Place for almost 20 years and I this is the most disappoint I have ever been experienced with a management company. On Jun 21, I emailed the general inbox and our Property manager Chantelle about a chunk of concrete falling out of my ceiling (I am on the top floor) as there had been workers on the roof drilling into the roof. The damage happened on Jun 19 and then it rained over the weekend. When I left a message 4 days later and got no response, and tried other numbers at the office which NOBODY ANSWERED, and finally got the helpdesk
