This is our 3rd time working with Cody; previously he helped us buy and sell a condo in the Beltline and recently we bought a townhouse with his help.
His knowledge of what to look for and what to avoid in a townhome helped us immensely. We were nervous at the prospect of buying a townhouse with condo fees, but any doubts we had subsided when Cody showed us how to spot a poorly managed building versus a well managed one. He was very organized and had a stepwise approach to buying a house to make sure we didn't waste our time or money. He also made sure we got a signed approval from the condo board

I worked with Cody over 7 years ago to look for my first condo, and Cody took the time to show me multiple places and made sure to help educate me as a first-time buyer on the ins and outs of the market, making an offer, and closing the deal.
