Just wanted to share my amazing experience with Collision Solutions in Okotoks.
On my 30th birthday, a distracted driver ran through a red light and hit my BRAND NEW Toyota (was not a good way to start the day… 🤦🏻♀️).
My sister and parents have always raved about Collision Solutions, and after comparing the quality of work to other companies that they had been sent to by insurance, they will NOT take their vehicles ANYWHERE else. I now know why!
Not only is Ryan an absolute pleasure to deal with, he is incredibly knowledgeable, and he goes above and beyond

I Cannot recommend Collision Solutions highly enough, I always carry their phone number with me now just in case! A van pulled onto a roundabout and hit me, my car was very badly damaged and my insurer was hopeless, I had full recovery added and sat waiting at the side of the road for 4 hours. I gave up with my insurer and called Collision Solutions - they were nothing short of brilliant. They came out to me immediately towed my BMI away and gave me a brand new Mercedes so I could get home. They went on to handle all the paperwork, they made everything so easy for me. Wow!! The most friendly and accommodating group of people ever!! Fixed my car up like brand new ! Surprised me to the point of tears when I got it back after a repair job and they had had it fully detailed . Worked with Collision for around 4 years now and couldn't ask for a better service. Paul and Jim always very helpful with advice that isn't related to them also.

Fantastic service from the start. I was delivered a very similar car as my own the same day as my collision. Lauren kept me up to date on progress of the repairs with a call every couple of days. The repairs carried out by the garage are of a high standard. Overall, I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend Collision Solutions.

Collision Solutions recently dealt with my non fault accident. At first I had no idea what to do but these guys really put my mind and ease and was very efficient with helping me get my car back on the road. The service I received was fantastic and I was regularly kept up to date with what was happening with my claim. They are also a local company and its great to support local business's. Totally professional company, My insurance company informed me that I needed to pay my £600 excess up front on my non fault accident before they would do anything.
One of the Directors at my preferred accident/ body-shop ( Bridgefoot Body-shop) Warrington, told me not to worry about anything, they would sort it all out with no cost to me what so ever.
They contacted Collision Solutions Limited, a nearly new Mercedes Benz was delivered the very next day as my courtesy car whilst mine was in the body shop being repaired.
I was at all times contacted by the very polite staff at Collision Solutions

The boys were at it again and delivered! I've been to these guys more than I care to admit. Their level of customer service is amazing! Fast, efficient and friendly. I picked my suv up and the work was terrific! I thought I was going to have an issue dropping off my rental as they were closed and I'd be stuck with two vehicles for the weekend. "No problem" said the service manager. Just leave it with us and I'll have them pick it up Monday. They even detailed my car in and out. It's a crappy feeling when your car gets. I used Collision Solutions in January and it was great from the start. Looking at the negative comments on here, previous staff... always have something to say. Others have said Collision Solutions couldn't help, possibly they were at fault for the accident so the claim was in dispute??
