Called in to cancel my insurance after selling my bike. Never got anything back in terms of paper work. I get charged for the following year's insurance, call them and send in documentation to support my cancellation. they sent it in and then after tell me it was the wrong documentation and I still have to pay. I tried sending in the proper paper work but they said I've already sent in the wrong paper work and that its too late. Should they not be working for their customers instead of slamming the door on their face with a big bill that was clearly a mistake?

I use Klondike for my motorcycle insurance, and I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone. Their customer service is always fantastic. I like to switch vehicles a lot, which in the past has caused other insurance brokers to become irritated with m(looking at you wawanesa). The people at Klondike are always happy to help, and very patient with me even though I'm making them do a bunch of work.

Some staff are extremely stuck up, belittling and rude, their prices are not up to par with other companies, avoid this company. Could barely get a sentence out without being cut off about my policy. The staff member that lead me to write this review was Candace. Extremely unprofessional.

Excellent company to deal with. I have set up both Motorcycle insurance and they have set me up with Commercial insurance. super friendly and easy to deal with and most importantly (for me) when you pone you instantly speak with a REAL PERSON unlike almost all other providers. while TD's wait times were over an hour Klondike was answering phones second ring. 10/10 recommend.

I have been struggling to find insurance for my motorcycle, but after speaking with Janet Belanger this morning she was able to set me up with a great policy and price!
My experience was so great that I am looking to switch over my other vehicle, two homes, and business insurance to Klondike.
