Sharon was super understanding and awesome to work with! In these uncertain times she helped get me set up with a payment plan when all of the others brokers wanted me to pay the annual cost up front, and she did it all over email. Absolute please to deal with, and I anticipate moving my other policies over when it comes time to renew.

I have been using Sadler for the last 2 years for 3 different policies. For each policy Marc Ricard has been a consummate professional and has taken the time to answer all my questions until I felt comfortable with the policy. For two of the existing policies that Marc has worked on, he was able to find significant savings. It is amazing what you can do when you know the correct insurance providers.

I have 2 businesses and multiple properties which I recently switched over to Sadler because I was not happy with my previous broker. So far my experience has been excellent and substantially better than my previous insurance company. Good company, a little old school where you can count on them doing what they say. I found Sadler years ago when looking for commercial insurance for rentals. The price was good but the people were excellent. If you have commercial property give Marc a call. Today Sharon looks after both my car and my home insurance. Seems nice not to be treated like a number :)

I have been a client for as long as I can remember, recently I was transferred to a new agent and was a little nervous but Julia has been beyond expectations. Even though she is a seasoned vet with many years of experience she still is genuinely warm and attentive. Very rare combination these days, such a breath of fresh air!
