Terrible. We asked for a synthetic oil change, just to get a conventional oil change. Sure they owned up and did it properly, but wasn't what we asked for. Plus the vehicle requires synthetic regardless.

Critical: Quality, Value
Mechanic took over an hour for the inspection. Quoted over 2200.00 to pass inspection. Brought the car somewhere else. They quoted 750.00. Will not come back here again. Car was not even worth the price to fix it there. They were nice but still. It is a pandemic. Price gouging is unacceptable.

Friendly service. However it was my first and last time there, after inspection on my Honda Civic i was told it needed work on the break pads. After driving it a couple of days later there was a very loud grinding and screetching noise coming from the front tires. The plastic parts under the bumper and around the tire was coming undone and getting cought in the tire while i was driving. After looking underneath i noticed some tabs were missing. Perhaps a coincidence but im not taking the risk of going there ever again.

First of all it's no longer an Esso It is a Irving and they have the BEST AIR PUMP IN TOWN If they charge that they WILL lose business They have a little convenient store Nice little place

I won't ever use them, what a joke. I made an appointment for today called to confirm they say oh nope was for last week, ok nope was today I worked last week , never offered to rebook, when I said "I'll have to go someplace else" they did not seam to care about losing business, or the position I was in now like human decency, should have known it would be troublesome when I have to discribe why things needed to be fixed, he sounded so surprised that I would want them to tell me what's wrong with my truck such a joke. Don't go to this place save the trouble of making a correct appointment and making

Not good, I went there a week a go, to get a price on installing a ball joint that I have, and she said 90 some dalliers, so I went back to day and she said it would be 180 some dalliers, for the same ball joint, people shop a round, I went to a1tire on mountain rd and it will cost me 100.00 all in, some one should go in with a head ion cam and do what I did, I am on E I, my money hase to go as far as It can, I don't need to be ,how should I say this, short changed .they gave me a heads up, and will not get any of my money.
