Dr. John Yun has been my family dentist for many years. He puts you at ease, is kind, explains step by step, and goes to great lengths to ensure that you are satisfied. I did orthodontics with Dr. Wong. I had my braces for about two years. The staff here is very accommodating, whenever I had a broken wire or needed any sort of maintenance, they would slot me in for an appointment. With that said, I was able to finish the whole process resulting in a healthy and beautiful smile.

Ive been coming to this dentist office for more than 2 yrs and i had multiple issues with insurance claims with this place. My most recent visit they gave me a bill 2 yrs after service, saying it was never paid. They also weren't very thorough with checking for what i was covered and how often i was covered under my insurance plan. This was the reason for the 2yrs past bill they asked me to pay. I get my teeth checked every 6 months so at any of those times they could have asked me to pay but to ask after 2yrs shows how bad their administrative is. With all the other issues with insurance and payments

Very friendly staff and clean place. I visited this clinic due to an emergency caused by a dental professional at another clinic. They are very accommodating to give me a same day appointment. I really appreciate their help!
Mr. Wong patiently listened to my question and explained the procedures. Other staff are very professional as well and give me a very good impression.
After the first visit, I decided to switch my whole family to this clinic. They have a few weekdays offer evening hours, and it is very important for people who don’t need to take day off for dental appointment.

Just had my second tooth fixed & as always he did a fantastic job! He never takes short cuts and always tries his best to get his jobs done PROPERLY! Ever since my wife had her treatments done here, I was very impressed with Dr. Wong's works and been coming to Dr. Wong here at Doncrest Dental Centre. I recommend anyone, also who has small children since he is experienced & being a doctor at Sick Kid's Hospital. Just amazing place with amazing doctor. Love it.

I have found my favourite dental place. I usually hate going to dental offices and get a cleaning done but this was my first time at Doncrest and I absolutely love it. They were so professional. I had Clement cleaning me teeth and he explained to me every process he needed to do in full detail and he was so gentle but thorough during the process!!! I did not feel any pain or discomfort at all (keep in mind that it's been a little over 2 years since my last cleaning). I highly recommend Doncrest Dental Centre for those seeking for a dental centres. And if you do go, request for Clement! He is so
