I am Super Happy with my stay at this hotel . From having a bad experience at another hotel my husband and I came here was extremely happy we did. The staff Yassir and Nebraska are super caring, helpful, professional and made our stay at the hotel a very pleasant one. The overall cleanness is super clean, the rooms are spacious and quiet . I have nothing but good reviews on this hotel. Highly recommend to anyone. Will be coming back for sure.

This is the Hotel that you don't want to miss, especially if you wanted to go around shopping at the nearby mall.
The staffs are really fantastic, most especially the Building Manager is well equipped with gadgets when you needed something in their Hall to gather there with special gatherings and celebrations. I recommended it.

Fantastic venue that checks all the boxes and even some you may not know you need. Great location. All staff are so attentive and professional, knowledgeable and incredible attention to detail. End to end service top shelf next level! I can't wait to call on them again for event/meeting support as I will be very confident of hosting a successful meeting here utilizing Av/tech support for a combined in person and remote meeting!! Dont go anywhere else!!

Used them for a accommodations after my wedding, they were generally good but the deadline for booking rooms was not well communicated to us and was fairly far before the wedding date. We had several guests with issues booking a couple weeks before the date. Service during the stay was good, accommodations with fairly nice but not perfect, and the restaurant was nice

The room was ok, spacious but over priced for this type of quality. Surprisingly, the suites downtown are much nicer and cheaper than the one here. Our floors were sticky that the slippers they provided us would stick to it as we walked around. Air conditioning system was also very noisy. Will most likely consider staying elsewhere next time.

The only thing is that i woke up at 7 am due to the sound of the truck in the morning outside my window.
Beds are very comfy 💙 it was a nice one night stay although i woke up at 7 am.
But i can go again to it.
I stayed again and it was much better beautiful night sleep with clean and calm ambiance. And spacious. Thank you.

The stay was alright. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable to stay in. However, I believe that I was charged a different price than I was expecting. I found the hotel on booking.com and made a reservation through the site. The confirmation email stated that I was to be charged $373.71 (for two nights the price was 318 with an additional 17.52% tax). I found out that I was charged $520.72 and I phoned them. They said that they took an additional $100 as a security deposit and that they will return the money once I checked out. This means I was charged $420.72 instead of $373.71. I informed them

I been coming to this wonderful hotel with my wife and kid for almost 2 years now and in this 2 years I had 0 problem it mean everytime I was happy untill today.!! Like supper clean and I wasn't worried about… my son alot because it's supper clean Good management great staff and the food is amazing, I also want to thanks Salam one of the managers in there he is great pearson very Good customers services he have I would gave more then 5 * stars ✨⭐🌟
