NU Hotel offers a free shuttle service every 15-30 minutes (times may vary) to and from YYZ terminal 1 ground level S5 and for terminal 3 arrival levels post 19. Upon arrival please call (905) 612-1119 to arrange for shuttle service. Shuttles depart immediately and also takes our customers to and from the parking lot to our hotel.

This place was not what we expected. It is above a small strip mall with horrible parking. The elevator is disabled at 9pm and there is no staff there after this time. We used park and sleep snd fly but your vehicle is not left there. You have to take it to another lot about 5 mins away and park it in the back lot that had not been plowed and was very difficult to get into. The room is very tiny. I don't think I've ever stayed in a room this small and the price was higher then alot of other rooms. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

The room was not clean, the tv didn't work, the linen wasn't clean, the elevator broke down, the staff didn't fulfill their promises, the company changed full price for accommodations we didn't receive and I didn't not immediately receive my $100 deposit on my credit card when I checked out at approximately 10:35 a.m. Sunday, January 16, 2022.

I hesitated to stay there when I read the reviews but it worked fine to stay a night and then leave the car for several days. They even let us leave the car for an extra night free of charge. We took the last space but we were able to park at the hotel without a problem. We also decided to walk to the airport which was actually only about 15 minutes away by walking on the sidewalk.
They only thing they could have improved for my stay was that some of the furniture was beat up.

Wish I had read reviews before booking. I would have paid extra $10 to stay at comfort inn.No night staff so had to wait outside in December for a guy from nearby car rental to check in. Also bc no one was available the low battery beep in the hall all night could not be addressed. Not actually a hotel in that it is rooms above a business and kind of creepy. Elevator broken and I had luggage that was heavy to get up stairs. No night staff so lobby locked at 430 am when I was waiting for airport shuttle, again cold wait. Bed was clean thats why it gets the 1 star.

DON'T STAY HERE. THE PLACE IS DISGUSTING! THE BETTER REVIEWS ARE FAKE! This is the most disgusting place we have ever stayed at! Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews before booking. I read the reviews after arriving (my own fault) and mentioned them to the management. They stated that they didn't care about the reviews. They take a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and if you don't like the room after you arrive, they bill you for the stay regardless. Seeing that it was a rather seedy looking place when we arrived, I asked what extra precautions they were taking due to COVID

DON'T STAY HERE!! The rooms are small, the whole floor stinks of the shawarma place downstairs and it literally can not be called a hotel as it is one floor. The king size room is the same as a double but with a king bed in it. No room for luggage. We left and went to another hotel.
I'd give 0 stars if that was possible.

We didn’t end up staying. The original room that was given to us had a dirty bathtub. There was hair all over. At this time we were given a new room and when we arrived - the door was open, which didn’t feel safe. We also learned that the parking was offsite which was very inconvenient. :| So we went to the Marriott.

Terrible experience. There wasn’t any parking available on site. We were told to show up to parking lot down the street 15minutes prior to needing to be at the airport. There was a large line when we got there, finally managed to park in one of the few stops that were left. Not only did we arrive to the airport late, but we were dropped off and stranded at the wrong terminal. Long story short, we missed our flight and when my friend called the hotel to inform them of their wrong doing, she got called a liar. Horrible experience that cost us a lot of mistake
