Heather being one of the two tow operators the OPP called to pull my car out of the ditch made my day somewhat better after the collusion. She was polite and showed empathy to my situation. She help me narrow my options down to a repair shop who could immediately patch me up to continue my 150 KM journey. Thank you Silverbird towing and thank you Heather.

The London shop is horrible car was there for week they left windows and sun roof open a cat lived in our car. A bmw all leather sun on it threw the sunroof car smells like cat spray and they don’t do a thing about it.. Disgusting behaviour for any business at all.

I got into a car accident last week and Heather was amazing . She took the time to explain what steps to take as this was my first accident and make sure that I took all the proper photos before I got picked up. Brutal, got in a small accident called OPP they sent this company towed the vehicle less than a kilometer. Just received the bill $728.38 BRUTAL BRUTAL BRUTAL. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I said to the owner that this is a ridiculous fee for what he was doing, he yelled at me and said do you know how much these trucks cost. Didn't know i would be paying for it with one call. If you are in an accident and the police say Silverbird towing is on their way tell them a HARD NO! Merry Christmas everyone.

Don't understand the other reviews in the least. Late Friday evening on a holiday weekend Heather came out to get my broken down motorcycle so quickly. She was great, honest and straight forward. Many of my motorcycle friends are going to geek out beyond belief that the star from biker TV gave me a tow. 10 stars out of 5

I have used this tow service several times and had nothing but super service from them. I have recommended them to several of my friends and all have been very happy. I have always found Heather to be very polite and professional. (also a good sense of humor in a tough business)

Heather (part owner) was honestly the worst person to deal with. She was so unbelievable rude and used profane language to belittle me. She was swearing at me and acting crazy, i tried to be nice but she still gave such an attitude towards me for no reason at all. I have honestly never talked to such a rude person in my entire life. Even if i was stranded for a year in the middle of nowhere and they were the only ones that could save me, I would never call Silver Bird Towing. Please do not give these people business as it is an awful company.
