Called yesterday at 2pm and recieved a text that they would call me back. At 6 my mechanic calls and says he is closing so I would have to wait till the morning. I call back and they weren't busy at all. Wanted to come right then and there. Iexplained the situation and that I needed a tow for 7am. Buddy tells me to call in the morning????? This made me eneasy but agreed. Next morning, I call, the guy is obviously sleeping, doesn't even know what day it is and says it will be two and a half hours!! Rude operators and inconsistent service. Not worth the couple dollars you will save!

When you need a tow truck, it is never for a good reason. Fadi (the owner) drove and checked in with us at the location we gave, gave us his business card and let us know that someone would be by really soon to help us. Eion was great! He made our difficult situation so much better with his friendly, welcoming personality. He drove our car to the dealership, waited for us to do paperwork there and drove us home afterwards. We could not have asked for a better experience. We will absolutely be using this company from now on and will certainly recommend it to others. The cost was well worth it for

I used their service and their driver towed my truck from the rear. In doing so he dented my tailgate, twice and also bent my tow hitch plate. All the owner offered was to pay me 30 dollars for the hitch plate. I bought the plate for more than that in the states. I would never recommend this company and warn all that use them.
