I based a decision to order a replacement glass for my cracked living room winto at Brite-View on the good reviews on here. The price was slightly higher compared to other quotes I received but I was told 2 to 3 weeks lead while others were quoting 3 to 4 weeks.
Somebody came to my house and measured the window. I went to the store on 51 Ave to pay in advance.
Communication afterwards was poor. I had to call for updates on when the glass would.be installed twice. After 3 1/2 weeks we finally had an install scheduled. As I was out of town my wife made arrangements to be home. She told me the installers

Thank you, so much, Brite-View!!! David was extremely helpful and very honest on the phone so I could set up someone to come and fix a window in my Mom’s home. As soon as I was off the phone they had sent a person out immediately to take measurements. All above board and step by step measurements were taken so we knew EXACTLY their policies and how was going to go. I will recommend Brite-View, to anyone! A Class-Act Company. Called there today to get a quote on some glass for a sump tank and the lady helped me out. Nothing against any other shops but she mad it happen right away didnt have to wait a week for 4 small pieces of glass. Would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a good price and fast work. Thanks guys for the help

The first windshield install had a crack in the glass so they offered to replace the windshield after a few weeks after the epoxy cured. I didn't want to go back after the damage and mess they left after the first install but I had a new windshield on credit so I bit the bullet and went again. The second windshield was poorly installed. Not only did the windshield leak but the damage caused to the interior and exterior of the vehicle during install was unacceptable. I could tell it was a bad install but it was not until I had a different installer remove the windshield that we found the true extent

This review is solely based on the fact that I witnessed one of your drivers talking on his phone, or looking at his phone while driving, swerving in and out of his lane. If I see it again I will contact the police. Update. Thank you for the response from owner. I do not have the details you need, I have changed my review to 5 stars, in recognition of you actually caring about this. Do a toolbox talk with your drivers and tell them about this review, should scare them into not using their phones. Part of my job is a delivery driver and we are not even allowed to use Bluetooth while driving. Absolutely

I had a delightful customer experience at the 51 Ave. location this morning. The day before, I had called to book an appointment for a rock chip repair. Already then, Brenda, who answered my call , was very friendly and helpful, giving me good advice about what to do to make sure the rock chip didn't get worse in this cold weather.. I took the car into the shop this morning and Shawn quickly determined that the chip had already been treated. I then realized that this had been done some months ago but I had forgotten. Shawn wiped my windshield clean to make sure I didn't have any other untreated

We recently had coffee and end table glass tops made for our wooden furniture. Ordering was easy and we were able to pick up finished products quite quickly. They look great!! Brenda at the south location was extremely helpful and super nice! Will definitely be going back for any future glass needs.

I had some glass installed by Brite-view a few years ago in front of my office. I was very happy with the service as well as the attention to detail. The glass was in odd shapes because it was designed to fit into a custom metal frame to form a stair railing. The staff at Brite-View knew what I needed and took care of everything. The glass also slipped out of the frame at one point (I think this was to do with the design of the railing that another company put in) and Brite-View came back and fixed it for me free of charge.
