The owner drove me home so that I could get my cars to his shop easily. He didn't go over his quote and was great to talk to. Windows were installed correctly, and my cars were cleaned very well of the shattered glass.

I have been going to Jeff's since around 1990. My father's suv was vandalized on New Years 2022. It was an older vehicle and the glass smashed out was not easy to find. Despite this and extreme cold weather, the staff at Jeff's went out of their way to get this fixed for us at a fair price. They really treated me like gold. Thank you for helping us with this very stressful situation. Highly recommended to anyone needing auto glass.

They quoted my request the fastest and very responsive (requested around 6 simultaneously, some didn't even get back to me) and booked me in pretty quickly (luckily they had my windshield in stock). Front desk is great to work with and very knowledgeable. You can wait for in the lobby while they work on your vehicle, and there's coffee/tea (bonus!). Took my car in pretty quick but could depend on the season.

This was our first time at Jeffs. We have had windshields replaced at various other businesses in Edmonton. Right from the first phone call to make an appointment I was impressed with Jeff's. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and seemed very competent. I had a slightly unusual circumstance with my windshield however she was able to discuss the circumstance and fully understand my concern. When my wife dropped the vehicle off she described our conversation to my wife and told her what they had planned so they had already used that information to come up with a plan for the repair

Good work, good prices and no games.
If your shopping for a new windshield beware that when it's time to get the work done many glass shops charge additional fees on top of the prices they quote. This has happened to me twice in the past.
What impressed me about Jeff's Auto Glass is the price they quoted is exactly what I paid.
They didn't add any molding charges, shop supplies or a bogus environment fee to the bottom of the invoice after the work was done.
( For your information there is no government environment tax on glass despite what other glass shops tell you. )
