We love Port Moody Taekwondo. The instructors are very friendly and they offer flexible classes. Our daughter has been going there for the past year and she loves learning, gaining strength and confidence. She can’t wait until she get’s to tear for her next belt. They even offer a free trial class.

I have recommended Port Moody Taekwondo since my son started there 5 years ago, and I continue to do so. Master Milad and his team have a way of bringing out the best of their students in a fun, yet disciplined way. And they help the students learn to apply their TKD principals to the real world. We only started this year my and daughter looks forward to her classes every week. The instructors are knowledgeable and take the time needed with the students. The administration communicates often with us parents which is really helpful especially during these challenging times. I highly recommend Port Moody Taekwondo!!

Master Milad and his team of instructors are invested in the success of their students. They care about teaching good sound foundational behaviour that extends beyond the mats. Their approach to Taekwondo is mind, body and soul. 🥋👩‍👧‍👦🥋🥋and they pivoted brilliantly when Covid took us all out of the facility, delivering online zoom classes with a consistent feel and professional quality!

Port Moody Taekwondo is amazing! Our now 6 year old started when he turned 4 and has been enjoying the programs ever since.

Both my kids are in this program. We started 3-4 years ago. My daughter's is 12 and just got her Black Stripe Belt. My son is 9 just got his purple. Master Milad and his team are absolutely great. The training,… the mentoring, the support while make sure the kids are accountable. Both my kids really enjoy being part of PM TKD. They will both get their black belts here. Our family has had a very positive experience with Port Moody Taekwondo! Both the curriculum and instruction are exceptional. Instructors deliver lessons with knowledge and enthusiasm, keeping kids fully engaged throughout the entire class. My 8 year old daughter's confidence and sense of self-worth have grown tremendously over the past year. I have been attending training at Port Moody Taekwondo for almost 5 years. I learn something everytime I step on the mats and I am in the best shape I have been in for years. The instructors are amazing and the classes are fun and dynamic!

Instructors are nice and very patient with all the students. The staff is very helpful in answering any questions I may have.
