Iyengar Yoga named after and developed by B. K. S. Iyengar, is a form of Hatha Yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama). The development of strength, mobility and stability is gained through the asanas. We care very much about the health and safety of our students.
Our studio is taped off to allow 10 feet between each student and we ask that you bring your own mat. Our studio is cleaned regularly as well as our props. If you have your own props you are welcome to bring those. Masks must be worn coming into the studio and up to your mat. Any time off of your mat you must wear a mask.
