Metal Inert Gas (MIG) is useful because you can use it to weld many different types of metals: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, magnesium, copper, nickel, silicon bronze and other alloys. The most common application of MIG welding is in the automotive industry of all sizes.

Some advantages to MIG welding includes the ability to join a wide range of metals and thicknesses, all-position welding capability, provides a good weld bead, and minimum weld splatter.TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding is capable of achieving the highest quality welds and is the most versatile in terms of what can be welded and the position of the welds.

CNC laser cutting is one of our core strengths. Laser technology is perfect for cutting all kinds of shapes, holes or any other precision cuts. With several years of experience and utilizing 4 high performance laser cutters, we are able to cut high quality edges and make superior quality parts within a short time frame.

SCT uses an extremely powerful hydraulic press brake to bend very thick, heavy steel and other plate materials. Our heavy duty press brakes have the capacity to form and bend some of the heaviest steel used in heavy industrial applications. Our facility has 3 press brake machines that accommodate for all sizes of projects as well as fast turn around times.

With our strict quality control systems you can be sure that the products you receive from us will be of the highest quality. At SCT, the key to our quality finish is in the preparation. We have a three-stage pressure wash station and four-stage batch cleaning dip tanks. Our facility is also equipped with some of the finest finishing equipment in the industry to meet all your custom manufacturing needs.
