Alberta Laser Rehabilitation
Located in Calgary, the Alberta Laser Rehabilitation Centre (ALRC) provides laser, manual and exercise therapies. We provide safe and effective treatment to eliminate pain and benefit your condition. Laser rehabilitation therapy is a non-toxic, non-invasive treatment for pain. It is ideal for those who prefer natural healing methods and who are tired of the negative side effects of painkillers.

There are no known adverse side effects of laser therapy, and it is an excellent alternative for those who have found conventional therapies to be unsuccessful. Laser therapy - also known as COLD Laser, Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), Low Intensity Laser Therapy (LILT), Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBM) and simply Laser Therapy - induces and supports the healing process.

After struggling with migraines for years, in 2019 I decided to give laser therapy a try after hearing it helps with migraines. I went from having migraines every day for weeks at a time to going for months WITHOUT a migraine! All the ladies in there treated me with outstanding care, very knowledgeable and helped me understand what was happening with my body whenever I had questions! I highly recommend if you're struggling with migraines or any pain!!

The fist tenet of medical care is "do no harm". After a 4th treatment for sciatic pain I had severe pain for 4 days, so severe I was unable to eat. So on my day 5 appointment I recounted the effects of the previous treatment and was simply told that some people are more sensitive to the laser than others... and so she decided to continue the treatment at the same intensity. Well it is 35 days later and I am still in pain. As a retired medical professional, I can confidently state that in conducting treatment for any condition the standard of care is to treat, observe, evaluate the results and modify

I have had Relapsing Remitting MS for 8 years. Last year, I was having difficulty walking, and considering using a cane. A dear family member suggested I try infrared treatment, and directed me to Alberta Laser. I started treatments early December 2019. After the first treatment, my walking was completely normalized! With maintenance, I have been able to continue walking well. I was directed to getting osteopath treatments as I had other issues that infrared does not address. I started osteo treatments mid-January. Again, my results were dramatic. I had the MS brain fog, some reduced sensation

I was having major issues with my left arm from playing too much golf!! I love golf!❤️
The pain was radiating up and down my arm and causing me discomfort and pain to the point where I was unable to play.
I finally realized I needed to get it looked at. The staff at ALRC were amazing. I’d never done laser therapy before but was quick to realize how effective it was! In very short order I was back on the links playing again without pain. Thanks to Kathleen at reception and to Marian and Jackie who took such good care of me.
But also to Amphy who is very knowledgeable and professional. I

I have always been an active woman, but I’m currently on a wait list to receive a total hip replacement because of osteoarthritis. Unfortunately, my surgery may not happen for a couple of years. I feel so incredibly lucky to have found Laser Therapy at ALRC and have returned once again for help managing the pain of my hip osteoarthritis. Your therapy has given me less pain and more mobility, as I await my surgery. I can’t thank the ALRC team enough for all your knowledge and expertise in treating and guiding me through this journey.

I cannot even describe how thankful I am for the ladies at Alberta Laser Rehabilitation Center. I have been suffering with back pain and was having multiple back spasms a month. I was not able to do any activities and I was missing work because of ongoing back spasms that prevented me from even being able to get out of bed that would last 24-48 hours. My family doctor did not offer much for suggestions and I desperate for help (I am under 30.. not ok!!!!)
The ladies at Alberta Laser Rehabilitation Center were so compassionate and took time to understand my concerns. I am now six months spasm free

Can't THANK YOU enough for giving my life back!! Bad shoulder and neck pain all gone because of the people of Alberta Laser Rehabilitation Centre!! I listened at their advice and guidance, and because I do understand that my condition or any condition will not heal after a few treatments, I stayed with the program. After 12 Laser treatments , my shoulder and neck are almost pain free!!! About 95%! They are not miracle workers BUT they do know their stuff! Although, I am convinced that they do miracles 😊. Getting ready for the coming golf season!! Thank you again!!

I was told by my doctor that I should quit golfing because of a tear in my shoulder. I made my decision to give laser therapy a try even though I was a wee bit hesitant. After doing my due diligence and researching clinics here in Calgary I decided to give Alberta Laser Rehabilitation a try. I was eager to embrace not only the laser therapy, but also the exercises they recommended I do at home to help strengthen the muscles around my tear because I wanted to get back to doing what I love...golfing without pain! l am truly amazed by the great results after finishing my treatments. I have my shoulder
