Applying for permanent residency is a stressful experience in itself, however this was made all the better by the superb service from Ellen and her team who dealt with everything with great sensitivity and urgency, I couldn’t have done it without their efforts, the experience they bring to the process is in valuable and yes you have to pay for their service but it is worth every cent, thank you Ellen and team.

I have been dealing with a Windsor based consultant that has dropped the ball numerous times and been misleading. While I haven't hired Ellen yet she explained many things to me about the process and I now understand much more. I found out about Ellen from a retired immigration official; he said that Ellen is a professional and does good work. I plan to be in her office very soon.
