Bortolussi Family Law is an established family law firm located in Vaughan, Ontario. Since our inception in 1984, we have earned a reputation for providing compassionate, results-oriented family law services. In addition to Vaughan, we serve clients throughout Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon, Whitchurch-Stouffville, Woodbridge, Maple, Kleinburg, Caledon, Concord, Bolton, Nobleton, Markham, and Etobicoke, and all points in between.
In Lorraine's private practice, she represents a full range of clients including those in complex cases. Lorraine has extensive experience representing high-net-worth and self-employed clients who own and operate businesses. She is skilled in the entire spectrum of dispute resolution processes including negotiation, mediation, Collaborative Family Practice, Litigation and Arbitration.
Valda Blenman was called to the Bar in Barbados in 1979 and to the Ontario Bar in 1993. Prior to joining Bortolussi Family Law in 2008, she spent 14 years at a well-respected Family Law firm in Toronto. Her well-established reputation for client service includes a specialized talent for strategic planning and for generating creative options to assist clients in resolving their Family Law disputes.
Stephanie has been exclusively practising Family Law since her call to the Ontario Bar in 2005. Her comprehensive practice covers a range of legal matters including division and equalization of property; custody and access; spousal support; and child support. Stephanie has experience in representing high net worth clients and has dealt with complex financial issues.
Natalie Taccone has extensive experience working with high net worth clients with complex financial and business issues as well as contested family issues. She a decade of hands-on and practical experience working in fast-paced boutique family law firms. Natalie strongly advocates for her clients both inside and outside of the courtroom.

Lorraine Bortolussi handled my case which was not an easy task. It had multiple facets business and personal. With a very Litigious lawyer on my ex wife's side Lorraine remained collaborative and encouraged me to remain calm in a stressful time. Lorraine knows her clients rights and fought for me at all times. Believe it or not in the end my ex wife even said she really liked Lorraine approach and calm manor. The whole team ,along with Rosa Betti handled everything in a professional way. I would not hesitate to Hire Lorraine. If you want the best in the business hire Lorraine and her team.

I truly believe there is not enough words to describe Margie L. Primero. family lawyer from Bortollusi law firm. Her professionalism, ethics and kindness goes beyond any family law matter. Divorce can be the worst experience a person goes through in his lifetime and she helped calm me with all my decision making especially regarding my future and future of my children.
She helped me reach an applicable agreement with my ex wife though we faced a nasty lawyer in the other end and wanted us to fight it out in court just to benefit his pocket. She beat him in every way without court.

Filing a complaint with the Law Society against Loraine Bortolussi she is a complete hack. Zero morals or ethics and shady practices. She is more concerned about how to waste her clients money to fill her own pockets than anything else by running up her legal fees. Do yourself a favor and find another lawyer I wish I had read the reviews about her before - they all say the same thing. Completely unethical. Just google her name!
