Carglass is to be avoided, based on my experience. If you can, go to the dealer. I came to carglass with a small mark on the class and left with a windshield with +/- 2 cm visible cracks that appeared after the repairs. Car glass said that it is completely normal, because it is just a visual defect. They consider it to be repaired. Basically out of a small damage they made big ugly damage and said that it is my personal opinion and job is well done.

I can’t recommend this service. Please go to your car dealer service instead if you want to have your windshield replaced with the right product.
The reasons for rating them so low(please note I have a full casco/insurance for the car):
- missing features for the windshield ordered first time - no heating area for the wipers (I was lucky enough to ask before dropping the car first time);
- low quality product used as replacement instead of the windshield used and recommended by the car dealer service - they have used Fuyao instead of Pilkington;
- lack of transparency regarding the product

Carglass made a mistake by ordering the wrong window ( a Ford Transit connect instead of a Ford Transit).
They told me that I would get a discount, I forgot to mention this when I came the next time... so as it was too late to make a discount of 30euros, I got sth for the car for 60euros.
I also forgot my car papers and they were so kind and brought it to my home.
I can highly recommend,
