Called several times to get some broken glass repaired on my car (2011 Lexus IS 250). Notwithstanding the age of the car, got told they would be able to get the parts and could do my work the next day or so. Four days later, and after having to call them each day for an update, got told they don't have one of the pieces. What kind of customer service is this? Thanks for wasting my time, especially when I said I would like it repaired as quickly as possible and let me know if you can or cannot do it.

Anthony was great! He sourced the same quality glass as the original, came directly to the garage in my building the next morning, cleaned all the broken glass out of the car, and installed the new one in less than an hour. A very reasonable price too (half what the dealer would charge). Highly recommended!
