Great service team!
We bought from Sarina Homes 3 years ago, and recently found an issue with our ground floor concrete. We contacted them, and Colleen responded right away. She had someone come out to inspect the issue, and they took care of getting quotes and scheduling the tradespeople.
The process went very smoothly, the tradespeople all arrived on time and did their job well.
Colleen was great throughout the entire process, and we really appreciate the service that she, and the rest of Sarina Homes provided to resolve our issue.

I highly recommend that you do not purchase from Sarina Homes. I purchased in CoCo building and the quality of work has been pathetic. I've had contractors return to my unit multiple times to repair the same issues over and over and the quality of work has been subpar. Talking with other owners, they are having the same issues in their units. I can hear people in the unit above me walking around and this is a brand new build! Waterlines are exposed outside the building and the electrical transformers are almost ran at full capacity. If you are thinking about purchasing here or the new Harrison

I own one of the Sarina's home and had an issue with my Balcony deck. it got fixed in timely manner after contacting Naz and his team. Well communication, knowledgeable and professional team. I am happy with their service and highly recommend Sarina Homes, if you want to be treated respectfully.

Recently bought a condo with Sarina and their representative was very accommodating during the purchase process.
Edit:** Since then, the windows on my condo have been leaking water and Sarina has tried to avoid/defer responsibility despite it being covered by their 'home warranty'.
8 Months later update: Sarina still has not fixed the window (let alone found the problem), and has not been in contact with me for more than a month now. My condo is a year and a half old, and I now have 8 months of rain inside the window frame. Nothing has been done to fix other issues brought up in my 1 year review

After researching and asking many tough questions to Sarina Homes' sales team (special thanks to Dana and Colleen for your patience and professionalism by saying "I will see what I can do", instead of saying no), I bought a house. Some of my questions were very sensitive but their responses were honest. I trust Sarina Homes will make my home to be perfect even if there is any imperfection with its Peace of Mind Warranty after the completion. No one is perfect but I believe as long as the intention to build a strong and durable home exists, Sarina Homes will make it to be perfect.

If you would like to purchase a new home, in which in a matter of a few years you would have to repair every major item, then yes...do choose Sarina. Other than them being able to do draw nice floor plans, they hire 3rd parties to do some of the significant core work and site work but seem to do a poor job with selection, either that or Sarina does not bother checking up the work after. Sarina ends up being completely unaccountable for everything after and you will have to pay out of your own pocket every time.
