Forwarders and shippers BEWARE - this company does not carry cargo insurance or contingent liability insurance. They also refuse to provide POD's. If anything happens to your shipment, you will be basically on your own to deal with it.
UPDATE Dec 2020 - its been almost 2 years, and we have again requested a copy of the signed POD. We have been advised that they cannot provide a signed document, as they don't have one. This is convenient since the shipment was delivered damaged.
