I visited Visions of Canada and was assisted by Nisa S. Nisa was very patient, detailed and professional. She showed me and educated me on using contact lenses. It was my first time using contact lenses, and I was kind of nervous. She reassured me that they are safe and easy to use once you practice. Thank you very much for your outstanding service! Would highly recommended this place. I had a great experience with Angela, Paul, and staff. I walked in unsure of the specific frames I wanted. However, Angela was extremely helpful and patient in finding a pair I was happy with. Not only was the service exceptional, but they also offered the best price in town and had my glasses ready the same day.

Visions Of Canada have top of the line equipment. If you wear thick glasses go see them, they might have a solution to offer thinner glasses for you. Also, Angela's customer service is exceptional. In general, this is my new go-to place for glasses. One of the best buying experience in town for glasses.

Visions of Canada has been taking care of my family's vision needs since they were located on Ouellette Avenue. The service then, and now, is excellent, going far beyond providing basic vision care. Their products and staff are top-notch and they are helpful beyond measure. Their service is personalized and it is clear from all interactions with them that customer service is a priority. I broke my glasses the day before I was leaving out for vacation. called up visions Of Canada hoping they can get my glasses fixed same day & Kayla told me to come in. Kayla was determined to get my glasses fixed she literally did not leave my side until my glasses were fixed & looked brand new and I was 100% satisfied with how they felt. while she was working on the frame I had a chance to meet the doctor who checked my eyes, super friendly and funny ! I believe it was the owner who kept coming and asking me if I was happy ! look I can type all day how I feel about visions of Canada. I switched

I loved the way they greet and treat every customers. Especially the supporting staff and the person in charge. Dr. Mariam Chaudry checked my eyes and she was very thorough and very patient in responding to all my silly questions. Also, for checking my pupil, they ensured that right measurement have been taken. No place I bought before have checked my pupil distance precisely than the way they had it checked. Overall, I don't think anyone could beat their quality of service and attitude towards customer. Most importantly they take a good care of your eyes...

Angela from visions of Canada is a professional and took care of me and my 2 kids. She is genuine and helps to find the perfect size and fit for your face. I have tried other places in the past and was disappointed by quality of lenses I received. I was apprehensive to get another pair of bifocal glasses and I put my trust in them and they were amazing. I have been going to another location in the Windsor area since before I can remember, but didn’t like the service received in the last couple visits and being a long time customer I was pretty disappointed so I decided to give Visions of Canada a try.
