Having a yoga membership just got even more awesome! in addition to getting unlimited access to all our classes you also gain access to our new Members Portal! We will be continuing to add content and resources for you! Once you're registered you will receive a private link to our scheduling software that will get you all set up to register for all the yoga classes you'd like!
Enter through the big double doors on the east side of the building. Either take the stairs behind the first door to your right, or the elevator to your left up to the 3rd floor. Our door is the first one on the right hand side of the hall. There are no refunds for 10 class packages, drop ins, or monthly memberships - exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances.

This studio has transformed my experience! Being welcomed to show up exactly as I am feeling that day is such a liberating feeling. I feel safe going to any class and honouring any feeling that is showing up in my body. Unlike other studios that demand conformity to the instructor's directions, I am encouraged to modify postures so they feel right in my own body. I have found the teachers to be most generous with their time outside of class, always willing to listen to my thoughts and answer any questions I have.

For a long time I stopped practicing yoga. I had an uninspiring experience a few years back that I let get to me. Then about a year ago a friend of mine sent me a message with an opportunity to do some energy exchange at Tandava, and I had one of those moments where I knew that this was an opportunity that I had to take. I have to say that the past year has been a magical transformation for me. At first I was resistant to practice again because I felt unsure of the instructors (I injured myself at the last studio due to practicing too fast and too advanced without proper alignment and correction

I feel Tandava is a second home for me (except I don't have to cook), one where I always feel welcome. After class I feel more grounded with a stronger sense of peace and contentment. My butt is better too! Love all the instructors and their wonderful energy. This space is truly beautiful with new art every month. With gratitude, Thank You Tandava!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought an unlimited classes package for one month and only attended two or three times due to feeling unwelcome within the classes (I am a man). After each class I attended, the instructors 'advised' me to move on to a different class, regardless if I was in the beginner class.
The studio itself is nice, but I won't be returning or letting others know about this place.

I found the pace of this studio much too slow. I love a good gentle yoga and appreciate all of the spiritual work and focus involved in the asanas, no matter how 'gentle' or 'challenging,' but come on, the pace was just octogenarian slow lol. I'm talking wrist stretches, happy baby and child's pose for 60 minutes straight. One standout is Naresh, who was just a wealth of information, a very genuine person and instructor. Drop-in for a class with him if you have the chance.
