You're invited to ride the mountains of Revelstoke, BC! Renowned for its annual snowfall of 16 to 20 meters (50-70 feet), the Revelstoke mountains provide great snowmobiling between November and April. Great Canadian Tours is the only operator licensed to seven of the best riding areas around Revelstoke.

Many snowmobilers however do care about the environment they ride in, and many contribute to make this world a little greener. Only do canoeing with this company if you have a wealth of experience because its in a separate, isolated place with no staff to help, monitor or respond in an emergency.
The dock is about a 10 to 15 minute drive away from the hotel that rents the canoes out. The road/ pathway to get there is down a very narrow Trail with no indicator if you're going in the right direction. A suv could barely fit through the trail. You park in a small clearing in the middle of the Woods.
You have to unmount the heavy upside down canoe yourself from a rack. Meaning, you have to be able to flip it over and then

I have used Great Canadian Tours multiple times. For Private guide services and just recently took the Family and some friends of our children on a group tour. Every time I have used Great Canadian it has been a positive and enjoyable experience. Thanks to Heather doing the bookings Ollie and Sean for there Professionalism in guiding and ease on my anxiety level when in the backcountry with my family. Couldn’t recommend more! We did the half-day 4 person side-by-side rental and had a blast. The staff were very friendly, very knowledgeable, and explained how to operate the machine in a clear way. The trails were super fun and the machine was powerful and a great ride. We had one issue along the way (the belt broke), but they were able to respond quickly, diagnose the problem over the radio, and repaired it on the trail. Plus they refunded us for the downtime. It was handled very professionally and didn’t take away from the fun we had. Can’t wait to come back and do it again!

Awesome way to experience Revelstoke! We recently did a side-by-side tour and a dirt bike rental. All of the staff we interacted with were knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating to some last-minute changes on our part. Machines look like they have been run hard but performed perfectly. I always expect rentals to have poor acceleration or have some type of speed-limiter in place but that was not the case with either the side-by-side or the dirt bikes. I would recommend and will be doing it again!

Snowmobile in the mountain is simply amazing, the view is incredible. Our guide was really good and explained well how to drive, what to do if stuck, etc. So we really felt confident. We were also staying at Glacier House on the same site as Great Canadian Tours so it was very pratical. And when you get back you can directly go hit the hot tub haha! We really had a blast!

Such a fun ATV experience!! Tour guide was very friendly and willing to share tons of knowledge of the surroundings. The trails were alot of fun to rip on and the guides bring you to some amazing spots. Highly reccomend.
Just FYI, the trails can get very dusty and your clothes can get quite dirty so maybe bring spare clothes and only wear things you wouldn't mind getting dirty!
