Best service ever. Staff know the thing or two about bikes. Will not upsale if you know nothing. After sales service is also 5 stars. I got my bike suspension service, cut steerer tub and handle bar and was charged 2 CAD for new shorter nut, but everything else was included into first tune up service. As opposite - my local bike shops will not do anything like that for brand new bike first free service, only basic stuff like gearing tune, general bike inspection and that is it... not even brake bleed :D Cutting tubes ( which should be part of new bike adjustment to the owner also cost extra money

My wife was looking into buying a new saddle for her mountain bike as she was suffering from pain when on longer rides with her current seat.
The guys at Flowt are amazing. They immediately took a measurement of my wife’s sit bones and recommended 2 suitable saddle models based on the measurements and her style of riding. They also offered to install the saddle free of charge. I’m addition to this they gave us trail recommendations for the Revelstoke area and beyond. Which lead us to the decision to drive down to Nakusp to check out their brand new amazing trail network. Thank you Flowt for

Friendly service from the shop keeper, great cross country ski equipment rental prices and the gear we rented is practically brand new. Also he told us we could keep the skis we rented until Tuesday morning because they are closed Sunday & Monday. Sweet! Great place in town for nordic ski equipment rentals IMHO
