Pretreatment is essential to ensure both longevity and outstanding appearance as it prepares the surface for painting as it cleans off all the debris and oil that comes with material while fabrication and it coats the surface with iron phosphate film which protect against corrosion and promotes adhesion.Pretreatment determines the end quality of the product.

At Custom we have all variety of plugs, caps, dots and tapes for power and paint to take care of all of our customers masking needs. Often, customers require certain areas of a part that do not require painting. In this case various types of masking is required to ensure that when the part gets painted, those certain areas that were masked, are not covered in powder or paint.

Spray Painting provides the customer with an option to select various other colours and textures. Majority of these paints are either Water Bourne or Polyurethane. At Custom Paint, we apply paint with Electrostatic spray technology, which conserves paint usage, and pollution. We are able to spray paint on various types of metals and plastics to meet customer requirements.

Our in house Custom screen making is compatible for variety of complicated screening which includes inside fitted screening, close to the edge screening and screening on curved surface.This in house process give us the upper edge as it allows us for better turn around time for our clients as we save time on subcontracting and transportation.
