In 1981, Glenn Wilde purchased an existing Bun Master franchise - #91 out of 112 stores. By 1984, he'd made it to #1, and in 2001 he dropped the franchise to became Harvest Bakery & Deli - still family-owned and operated today by Glenn, son-in-law Andy Kostynuik, and son Brent Wilde.

With over 20 varieties of bread to choose from. All made and baked in-house from the fan favorite Golden Flax bread with ground flax right in the flour to every child's staple white or whole wheat. You will be sure to find what you need to please the toughest critic in your home. Made with the freshest ingredients and baked fresh for you every day.
At Harvest Bakery we strive to help you celebrate special events in more personal ways. With the help of Photo Cake System Edible Image sheets we can bring your photos to life. What better way to wish that special someone a Happy Birthday or your favourite couple Happy Anniversary? Maybe someone just graduated or got that "dream" job they have always wanted! Nothing brings people together more than the added personal touch of a custom cake.
From traditional salamis, hams, beefs, pastramis to lean cut turkeys, chickens as well as kids favourite bung Bologna we have it all. Not sure if you will like it? Ask for a sample! Try before you buy. After all we want you to go home happy! We carry local favourites from Tenderloin Meats, Winnipeg Old Country to Grimm's gluten free meats.
From cheese platters featuring locally made Bothwell cheese to traditional meat/cheese platters to cold cuts meat only platters. All include pickles and are a great hit at any event. We also have a Rip & Dip platter that includes Harvest's own Spinach Dip made in-store.

Went there this past Sunday to pick up cinnamon buns for my family and was left very disappointed. The cinnamon buns used to come in massive packs of 6 and now they only come in packs of 4 and are about half the size of what they once were. What made this experience even worse was that the cinnamon buns we bought ended up being rock hard.
Harvest Bakery used to have such a good product but I will now be going somewhere else to get cinnamon buns due to the poor product. Super disappointing as this used to be a go-to place for my family. What happened here?

Harvest Bakery & Deli is a fabulous locally owned business located in the Kenaston Village Mall. From the moment you walk in, you can smell the fresh baked bread, rolls, bagels, buns, and more! At the back of the store is the deli where you can order all types of sandwiches, bunwiches paninis that can be filled numerous deli meats and cheeses.
My three favourite items I get when I visit Harvest Bakery & Deli are pizza shells, bagels, and their homemade garlic butter which I put on my steaks when grilling.
Definitely worth the 5 stars given!
Oh, and they do have both daily and weekly specials
