I have called on Mosaic occasionally over many years, following the owners of Signature Computers here when they merged with Mosaic. Last week, I needed a budget-based servicing and improvement to my PC, and Ian went several extra miles to take care of me. So, even though I wasn't going to be spending much money, I received a bright greeting from their reception, a crushing handshake from Ian (he's like Tully, in Monster Inc) and amazing service. Within my budget, Ian did so much more than I expected he could, and even followed up with me days later to tweak some programs. So, my PC runs quietly
