What a smooth experience! It was so easy to pick out what I wanted online and add extras if I wanted, even custom ribbon! It was hard to decide because all the baskets are beautifully done. Each one is unique.
The pickup/delivery policy is straightforward and clearly stated on the website.
My sister had her gorgeous gift box by noon the next day. She LOVED it. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered an Easter basket for my son which was not delivered in time for Easter. While the tardy delivery was due to UPS not delivering it in time, Pacific Basket Company took no responsibility whatsoever and I was left having to deal with UPS myself. Just as a courtesy, one would have expected at least some sort of reduced price or credit from Pacific Basket Company. However, absolutely nothing was forthcoming from them aside from the standard "we are sorry that this order did not meet your expectations." Terrible customer service.

Hands down the best gift service in the lower mainland! Oliver and his team are so lovely to deal with. Even in the midst of the busy holiday season, when they get drowned in orders (and last-minute orders like ours), they are beyond helpful, friendly, and efficient. To add, their gifts (especially their gift boxes) are beautifully arranged and wrapped.
