Any time I've asked Susan, "Do you have...", she always gets back to me in a timely manner and, if she doesn't have, she researches/makes suggestions. Like having my own personal trainer lol

Just visited this store and it was just so lovely. Susan was very friendly in helping me find the yarn I needed. She answered all my questions and was very very kind. Highly recommend a visit.

A lady who I talked to was very nice and helpful. I asked her a couple questions regarding needle felting because I thought they carry some felts. They don't have much felt for needle felting but she helped me where to find it. Thank you so much.

Ohmygosh, I'm so over the moon that we have a yarn shop at New Westminster!!! I'm loving the quay for this. It's right across the liquor store at the entrance to the market. It's small enough to spend hours looking at a large selection of quality yarns. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get. Susan is very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I love the colors, the choices, the feel of their selection of yarns! And they have sales! Thank you, Cosy Yarns!!!

I went to Cosy Yarns looking to buy yarn with my boyfriend at 11:45 am for a project. When we arrived an employee was winding a ball of yarn inside and did not acknowledge us. The only time she acknowledged us was when I said hello but did not offer any help or courtesies. clearly because we were young and not the target demographic she did not think we were worth her time. our trip to the store was brief and uncomfortable and left us feeling very unwelcome. I would not recommend this store to anyone. instead I would suggest going to Black Sheep Yarns in Port Moody. it is bigger with more of a

I've gone twice during business hours only to have it be closed for no apparent reason. Every experience I've had there when it was open has been good, but I never know if I'm actually going to be able to shop there when I make a trip down.

Susan is a very patient instructor who loves to knit and truly enjoys teaching others to knit. The shop has so many beautiful yarns, plus carries everything you need to start any knitting project. I am so happy with how much I have learned in 4 short lessons.

Wow! There's a great variety of wools and needles. The teacher there is creative and I love my class!!! I'm so happy there's finally a place to buy yarn in New West 😀
