Always been happy with this outfit and staff, their professional and friendly. However after a bit of sticker shock today where my usual annual bill was almost tripled with no knowledge of anything been different this year, i would have appreciated a heads up phone call explaining why such a massive increase was been charged before been presented with the bill. Hopefully this is a one off situation.
