It started with misplacing 5 sofa cushions and we had to pester them for month to come back to our storage unit to find them. The final part of the move they were told to take highway 60 to be able to access our road in the winter. We had also been promised that they would send their smaller size truck, which they ignored and send out their bigger truck, which can’t come down our road even in the summer month. They ended up getting stuck in a snowbank because the driver ignored our instructions and took a different route. They sat their for 4 1/2 hours and instead of absorbing or sharing the

I just wanted to pass along my sincere thanks to Rockbrune Bros. Movers Barrie. The guys that did my move were outstanding! They really went above and beyond. Jason, Jeremy, Dustin and Issac were amazing and things really could not of went better for me on that day! Thanks again for always taking the worry out of a stressful day!

Had large home contents put in storage for four years and we paid extra for climate control. We didn’t get extra insurance because being in climate control we should be fine....so we thought. When we had everything delivered I had to do close to forty loads of laundry as towels, clothing,sheets etc, all STUNK musty and some items had mildew on… them. We had to throw out a couch and love seat because they stank soooo bad. We submitted a claim for some damaged furniture and some dry cleaning. We were also missing a few major pieces of furniture.
