Every home buyer deserves a Home Inspection. Whether they are buying a resale property or a new home. City Wide Home Inspectors offers a wide range of flexible residential inspections to accomplish that goal. Most people today would not buy a residential property without an inspection, why would you buy a commercial property without an inspection?
In 2004 Michael founded City Wide Home Inspectors and remain the Owner today. Michael's career includes being a trade carpenter and a General Contractor, specializing in home renovations.
Michael is a member of the Master Certification Board and a Certified Master Inspector (CMI), Certified Commercial Property Inspector( CCPI), Certified IAC2 Indoor Air Quality and Mould Inspector (IAQ), Certified Well Sampling and Testing Inspector (CWI) and recently completed the Certified Septic Inspection course to go with the several years of experience working with other septic inspectors and servicing companies.

Back in the day a Home Inspection was a walk around of the house you were buying by your dad, uncle, brother, cousin, good friend basically some one who has had construction experience. They would walk around with your and point out things they didn't like or obvious deficiencies or items in need of repair with most of their attending being paid to cosmetic items or areas of the home associated with their construction experience.
Buying a Commercial Property is different then buying a home or is it? The process generally is the same, you find the property, you put in your offer, your arrange for your finance and your property inspection. Not always, most time a Commercial Property inspection is never done or even thought of.

Report
When we sold our house, our real estate broker hired Mike / City Wide Home Inspectors to check out the house, I assume for evaluation purposes in listing the place for sale.
When Mike showed up, he was on time, professional, courteous, friendly and armed with the tools and experience to do a thorough job. There were no surprises, but he quickly identified every issue we already knew about, and he accurately identified and aged all the house's systems. There's no question in my mind that his work contributed to the quick, smooth sale of our home.
Fast forward a few days: After we made an offer
