I’ve ordered Anton’s services after we moved into the newly purchased home and noticed that the dryer’s exhaust vent was just thrown into the attic. Anton was able to promptly schedule an appointment and perform a thorough review of the house. He identified a few other issues that required immediate attention and other things that could be resolved later on. He also gave tips on how to maintain a furnace, humidifier, and AC which was very helpful since this is our first house. Overall he left the impression of a knowledgeable, meticulous professional that you would want to hire!

Anton is super professional, and answered a lot of our questions. Folks should take a moment to view sample reports at Tru inspection website and you can see how comprehensive and detailed it is, yet easy to understand. Unlike others, he fit us at short notice and spent a full 3 hours inspecting our house which we felt was necessary to cover all aspects. Drone inspection of roof and thermal scans were awesome. Now we have his lifetime support incase we need to get back with more questions. Definite recommend!

Anton is an excellent inspector and advisor. He picked up the phone on my first call, and booked an inspection for the next day. He arrived on time and was very thorough, including using a drone to take images of the roof! He identified items I would certainly not have found myself, which would easily make up for the cost of his services.

Highly recommended. Anton inspected our apartment in an old building. It was difficult finding someone who is knowledgeable about old buildings. The inspection was detailed, thorough and professional. The report is high quality. I appreciated the fees and terms of conditions being transparent and up front.
