If there was a ZERO star id give it.. $35 so many missed spots wheels not even cleaned properly and on top of it the pressure washer they used removed part of the GTS decal on the door. Refused a refund and refused to pay for decal.. just laughed as if its no big deal.. looks like a group of junkies or ex cons. NEVER EVER GOING BACK

I usually use them to wash my truck they really have suitable price, hadnwash with careful never scratch happens, they clean pretty good and dry it, is not detail tho as the price worth it, always has line up but is pretty quick, they vaccum inside and wash the pads if they are dirty with the same price.

I went there because Honda dealer offers a free washing service at this location. They do a very poor washing and vacuuming work. My car still full of marks of big areas not washed. They not even remove the rubber mats to vacuuming the interior, can you imagine to clean the mats. I do not recommend the location.

They did a good job of cleaning my car. I did not notice they did not pull my back seats forward where there was a lot of leaves - so that was not vacuumed up. They have quite a bottleneck at the vacuum stage - the car washers were often waiting for a car to wash however they were double lined up to the street. They need some way of putting a barrier up so that cars waiting do not block the side walk - it is THEIR business and they should be monitoring this - people with disabilities or mums with buggies should be able to use the side walk along with the rest of the public without having to wait

Worst experience ever in a car wash. They say they open at 1pm after lunch, and everyone was waiting for them to open even after 1.15pm. A long line of cars was even blocking traffic. The service, the worst. They claim to vacuum, clean door jams, dust/wipe... on their website. It's all a joke. I don't know how to put so you understand how poor the quality of the service is. I will just say that they did not even open the trunk to fake that they vaccum it.

My car passenger side expensive weather protect mat was put in the wrong car before me by the staff here. No one apologized or took any accountability - they were almost laughing it off. I told them this was unacceptable and asked for a replacement. Luckily the car owner who got my mat in mistake was honest and brought my mat back. I had to go back to retrieve it on my own time the next day. Never have I experienced a business that didn't take any responsibility, apologize or offer any compensation for their stupidity and mistake. Apparently this happens often there as I saw a bunch

Went for a car wash, it was really busy. They did a good job with vacuuming but not too well with the rest of the cleaning of the car. It felt all very rushed and they missed so many big spots, on my windows as well. For $30 plus tip I do not think it was worth it for now little time to end on your car (5-7 mins max).
Exterior they did a good job but I mostly came because I wanted the inside of my windows cleaned.

Their service has gone terrible now. Earlier they were my favorite but now they don't have that enthusiasm. Specially when they know you have cine thorough Honda and have a coupon then half purple leave your car and go to next car and the interiors are just left unattended. They didn't open the back gate to clean the glass from inside. Did not clean the dash or the meter panel and there was still all the lint like before washing. Recommended to avoid if you have other option..

I suppose having 5-6 people cleaning the vehicle for $25 is a stellar deal however in the end, the vehicle didn't get that clean.
They didn't bother vacuuming the lift gate area of the SUV, washing the roof nor did they wipe down the dashboard as it states they would on their website.
They did do an alight job with the vacuuming however not the best. If you're looking for a quick, cheap and somewhat cleaned vehicle, then go for it.
I was amazed at their process of getting vehicles through there so quickly though, it just unfortunate that they're not thorough. I imagine

I would normally rate this place 4 out of 5 stars (and I probably should have written a review earlier) but today it gets a 2 from me.
Earlier today I brought it my mother's car to be washed and they did an excellent job (4/5) so I decided to bring in my car for a wash. My second car of the day.
Although their hours on google list 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, I know they close early if it's slow. It was only 11:40 am so I figured I would be safe. In fact, it's a beautiful day out so I thought they would be busy.
As I drove through the side alley I noticed that there was only one car

Watch out for this shop. A simple car wash and vacuum was all I wanted. The leaves around the hatch were all still there afterwards and one of the foam covers in the doors handles was missing after I got home. The business owner calls me a lier and says it's my problem and hangs up on me.
I will never go back and I suggest you find a better car wash.

I have been coming to this carwash for some time. Sometimes the wash is not very good, and the dry is terrible. Today's wash was acceptable, but the order of drive-ups was not preserved. A car that drove in behind me was taken two cars in front of me. I advised two different workers washing rims that we were out of order and their reply was don't worry. Yeah, no point worrying, nothing was done about it. I told the person taking the cash at the end that the order hadn't been preserved and she said, oh, sorry. I'm not impressed and not going back.

The wash team is fairly fast considering how busy it was on a sunny day(30min). The work the did on the exterior was ok, some areas were missed specifically door handles, trunk glass, corners of front windows, around the gas tank. It wasn't so bad that I would turn around and go back, but enough to say - you get what you pay for. Interior cleaning job has opportunities as well. It would have been nice if the inside windows got cleaned and all door jams. It also would have been nice if dash/console received a wipe, doesn't have to be ArmorAll, just a damp cloth to grab the dust. Only reason

Last time I use this so-called hand car wash. Machines are reliable, people are not. The first sight that greeted me were two guys smoking cigarettes. I turned off my engine as I didn't want to inhale their smoke but was constantly being pressured to keep going. Keep your vents closed people.
My car was barely even washed with their mitts before I proceeded to the rinse and then no drying. Was it worth the money? No, complete and utter waste of money. Despicable service. I've attached photos of the cigarette smokers you may encounter and the unwashed sections of my car, basically

The guys at M&J are very nice! For the most part, extremely friendly and move things along quickly. Unfortunately, when I got home I noticed the top of my car was still filthy and there were many places I needed to touch up on my own. For $20, it's a good exterior and interior clean up, but it certainly isn't high quality work.
Make sure to tidy your car beforehand, but there is a bench where you can empty your things when they clean the trunk. Although, even doing that, one of the employees came by and yelled at the employee cleaning my trunk that he was holding up the line and

Don't normally go to washes that aren't me washing my car, this wash reminded my exactly why. Pulled in and they went to town with a brush on polished wheels (was very clear and stated not to). Warned them about a couple spots to avoid, they did. Guy very enthusiastically tried to blow a rock chip off my hood with the pressure washer and took off a nice big chunk of clearcoat. Before it was a rock chip, now it's a 3" long section missing clearcoat, have to have hood repainted and re 3M'd.
Just avoid if you care about your car at all.
