Made an appointment and showed up at the location listed on fb, google, website, etc.. Nobody was there and I was told by the “property manager” that Aqua detailing hasn’t been there for over two years. I called and left a message and sent a Facebook message and still no response. Place seems like a scam.

Brett did an amazing job on my C7 stingray- he really spent a good amount of time making the car look brand new again! The leather actually looked shiny again and the car smelled great when he was done. He even got out the scuff marks on the drivers side and rims! Amazing customer service and very professional. What was also a major plus was that he is a mobile service that came to my home- so I didn’t have to worry about leaving my car there all day and figuring out a ride to work. Fantastic job!

Aqua Auto has always been my go-to place for car detailing but I hadn't been in a few years. Wow, was I ever impressed with the customer service and the work done! I didn't think my car was *that* dirty but I wish I had of taken a before picture to share! It looks and smells like a brand new car! Brett is super-friendly and their valet service is a time-saver that I'll likely continue to use if they still offer it post-covid. I'll recommend them to everyone. The job was super fantastic!

If you like being completely ignored, and receiving no useable service, this is the place for you. I booked my appointment two days in advance, agreed on the price, and then I dropped my car off at 8:30am on the agreed day. They didn't know who I am and what service I needed (carpet and seats shampoo). We agreed again on the service and price, and I left the car to be shampooed with ample time for it to dry till the end of day. Turns out that they washed the interior 10 minutes before the close at 5:30pm so it was soaking wet and nobody could sit in it without looking like they wet their pants

My SUV was filthy when I brought it into Aqua Auto and it was returned to me better then I had expected! My husband was even astonished, better then other car detailing shops we have used previously. Also, I have seen Dan H also known as Dane Brdjanin in another detailing shop I used to use many of times in the employee lounge... he is clearly trying to discredit this establishment for his own gains.

Had various scrapes, dings and paint marks from other peoples cars on my side panels... they worked very hard to buff those out, did a cut wax, wash and wax and I drove away with a car that looked brand new!! Thanks Brett for your great customer service, attention to detail. You are a good human and super at your job!!

If you like being lied to and not having your car cleaned this is the place for you. I dropped my truck off at 8:30am for a full detail and was to be ready at 3pm. Which was gonna cost me $275. I had my wife drop me off 1/2 early because that was the only time I could get a ride. When I pulled up my truck was in the parking lot and clearly had not been touched. The doors to the shop were closed and no one to be found. Then two employees camping ripping into the parking lot in a new range rover. Looked like they were having a joyride in another customers car. The manager looked at me and said I

Brought my FILTHY car there yesterday at 830 am and picked up what looked like a brand new car at 5 pm. Seriously, my car was disgusting. Kids had made such a mess on the carpets/cup holders that I wasn't holding out any serious hope of it ever coming out clean. These guys definitely did a fantastic job on my carpets/cup holders/door jambs etc. Oh...and my tires...they were so ugly when I brought my car in and when I picked up they were shiny, clean and brand new looking.
Highly recommend for anyone in need of a great car detailing.
