Great place. Everyone is very friendly and easy going. If youāre not sure about insurance or finances (which was my situation), they will take no matter how long to explain it to you. If you get to a point where insurance wonāt cover something, they even offer you plans for monthly payments to pay something off if you really need it. The dentists are always happy to help and will make you laugh and hygienists are very friendly and always making you comfortable. So far a great place to be.

From the moment you walk in to when you leave, all the staff and doctors are amazing. It is an experience when you go there. The staff all take time to listen and explain everything to you. Taking the time to explain all the options with their pros and cons. Dr. Shen is absolutely the best dentist I have had.

My husband and I have been going to this dental office since we moved to Maple, and we know we are in good hands!
Not only are all the staffs super welcoming, but also they take really personalized approach when it comes to regular dental cleaning and treatment.
A huge shout out to Dr. Shen and Alba (hygienist), they are super friendly and professional. Always take time to explain the procedure, and pause to make sure Iām doing well through the process š
For me, I had a bit sensitivity after one filling. What amazed me was their staff did not avoid talking

Dr Shen is the best dentist in all of maple. I know because I have been to 4 of them!! She really cares about my teeth and improving my overall health. At all times during my multiple procedures she was communicative and empathetic. She is very knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile. And... at my request, She even called my old dentists office personally to get more context on the history of my teeth. I love LOVE her! Best dentist in maple hands down.

My experience with Maple dental was very good. Dr. Dominic pang was very friendly and explained all procedures well.
After and before each procedure Dr. pang explained all precautions to be taken.
Staff of the clinic is very friendly too. They help you with claims and proactively explain you all charges.

Dr. Gordon is INCREDIBLE! She is extremely compassionate, caring and extremely knowledgable. I have never experienced any pain durning a procedure with her and I always feel comfortable and that I am in good, confident hands. She and her staff are friendly, reassuring and at the upmost level of professionalism. I recommend her any and every time someone mentions needing a dentist or a dental procedure.

Dr Carly Gordon is such a pleasure to deal with. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Having very sensitive teeth and gums I always feared going to the dentist because I knew I would be in pain. Dr Carly Gordon is so patient and steady with her hands, I leave there feeling great. No aches, no pain, just a beautiful white smile. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist, you will not be disappointed.
