Nice room. Friendly manager. But I called the front desk for some assistance with the TV. The descriptive Audio was on, and she had no clue how to help. I called back to ask what channel CBC news would be on, she said listing is in the binder. It wasn't, called back, she was, oh it was taken out, use the guide. Yeah, scrolling thru 1,000 channels, PIA. Her enthusiasm for customer service was extremely lacking. Not sure how well the place is cleaned, look at the dust on the bed side table light. Ooooooof, that is gross. The breakfast spread was actually pretty good, for a Covid-19 grab and go. The

The price was a bit high... The greeting was really cold. The room was like expected, clean and comfortable.. a lot of tv channel and a great internet wifi. The stay included a breakfast, but doesn't worth it, I seen much better from the same hotel banner. The checkout was quick without any trouble.

Very nice clean comfortable renovated hotel. Our room on the upper floor had a nice big bay window facing the woods out back. The window did not open which I don’t like, normal for this type of hotel. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the room was tip top and nice. It had a mini fridge and a microwave and the room was large. Southampton is a beautiful town. The nice main beach is a 15 minute walk from the hotel or a short drive.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my weekend fishing trip. The hotel is nice and clean but most importantly the staff was very helpful and went beyond what would have been expected. Alex at the front desk was very accommodating towards my less than ordinary requests. Thank you for a positive experience!!!

Had a great stay with my sisters and nieces on the September long weekend...Amin took great care of us. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast Bar, coffee station was great - muffins and croissants were individually wrapped, with cereal bar, juice, fresh fruit. Very nice! We will definitely return next year. Thank you for a great experience.

My stay at the Quality Inn was great! I've now stayed here multiple times, and will continue to do so.
Service was amazing, and staff was extremely friendly, very welcoming and helpful.
Hotel was very clean and organized, rooms were very well kept and cozy. All supplies you require are provided. I didn't have to request anything extra.
As we are in the middle of a pandemic, it was nice to have a conversation with someone and feel "social" again.
Staff also remembered me from my prior visit and made sure to say hello and ensure I was on a floor that I preferred.
