Terrible experience with one of the agents I got referred to. She is rude and unprofessional. She sends us listings and we advise we will look at them, then the next day demanding to know why we haven't responded. No respect for other people's schedules. She sends us listings for 'females only' and other shared accommodations that are clearly not suitable for a couple (male and female) and in which we specifically asked her not to. Now she barely answers our messages. We just told her to forget it. She's made our search for a place really frustrating.

My husband and I worked with Ana Cruz at Toronto Condo Rentals Online when we needed to find a new condo to rent in the same neighbourhood as our previous rental.
