Selling a home can be stressful, but Jen Palacios and the Julie Kinnear Team made the process much easier. Jen was knowledgeable and gave good advice along with a sense of humour and an ability to understand my needs. She was able to view a condo for me while I was out of the country and which I ended up renting and which fits my needs well. Tyler and the entire team at Julie Kinnear have assisted me with both buying and selling a home in Toronto. They are able to provide a full range of services, including recommendations on a mover, a lawyer, etc. I found that they provided great advice, were patient given that I lived in another Province, and the results were absolutely the… best I could have hoped for in both transactions. I don't often provide recommendations for companies but in this case their superior service and focus on results makes it easy to provide them with a five star recommendation.
