Called about a load form Mesquite TX to Enid OK
Talked with Michael Wilkinson about it he offered 1100 on the load but I had 130 empty so I asked for more money. He didn’t even ask how much called me price gouging then hang up on me, so I called back and he was like we don’t negotiate our prices.
And apparently he has been in trucking for 30 years
I have newer came across someone so arrogant !

This is the first Brokerage company that actually showed that they cared about the carrier. Billy the owner was fair with the rate and professional. Our driver sat at the receiver from 0800 am to 02:20 on a Saturday and broker promised to pay detention. ( Was dealing with McAllen, TX office ) Asked for us to submit everything in writing and we did. Took 5 days to get back and got back this morning that detention is denied as the customer goes by the blue book and they have 8 hours to unload. Since when does the customer have 8 hours to unload? Do not use unless all the accessorial charges are preapproved with you and them!

Please don't book with this people , they are extremly unfair to carriers I called and I booked a load with them for 1150$ she was just about to send it over to us when she said I'm sorry my colleague just got a call and gave it to somebody for 1050$ . Next time when you wonder why we us carrier take 1000% advantage of you guys when the market is good to us just come back here and read this review you.
