My front tooth had chipped and previously repaired at another dentist in Montreal north. The tooth had rechipped again and was very sensitive. I was only able to get an appointment Friday and called other dentists. They were all busy and couldn't see me except for polyclinique. They gave me an appointment for 3:45. Since I work nightshift I went to bed around 12:00pm and my alarm didn't wake me up! I woke up literally at 3:45 and started freaking out because I didn't want to wait another day to fix my tooth. I called in, they were very understanding, kind, respectful and professional. Exceptional
