You can take your car to any certified independent service centre, as long as all manufacturer requirements are met per section 77 of the Canadian Competition Act.

Very Excellent service!! Stephen treats you like family! Always explains in great detail the work that needs to be done and goes up and above to complete the job. Very knowledgeable, talkative, and friendly guy! I come from downtown Victoria to get my work done here :) Been seeing him for years, and wouldn't have it any other way.

Limped in with a flat tire on my bicycle, Stephen kindly pumped it up for me and made some adjustments, and when it blew up as I was about to leave - not his fault! there was a small puncture - he went waaay above and beyond and zipped over to the bike shop for a new tube, did the work and charged nearly nothing. If I ever get something with four wheels again I know where I'll take it.

Awesome experience! Just got an older Volvo and there's been a warning light staying on that another garage had no clue about, but I stopped here and he knew what it was immediately. Just a tail light out. He replaced it free of charge and took the time to explain that while other bulbs may work, if it isn't the exact one that the warning will stay on.
Had another issue as well, that the other garage had also failed to correct, but he was able to narrow it down from asking a few questions and would have fixed it for a very good price, had I not been needing to be on my way out of town before his

Just had a phenomenal experience with these guys when my check engine light went off. The service tech asked me a couple quick questions, guessed at the problem right away, fixed it within seconds, and didn't even charge. He was obviously extremely knowledgeable, and was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even walking me through the issue for future reference. I told him he'd just bought my business the next time something went wrong, and I wasn't kidding.

What a fantastic experience! My check engine light came on and I took it in to see if they could fix it. The shop was super busy and Steve still made sure he fit me in and got my truck fixed and back to me by the time I needed it back. First time customer and yet I got treated like someone that has been going there for years. This is one of the best experiences at an auto mechanics shop I have ever had! I highly recommend Steve as he is super knowledgeable and has an obvious passion for what he does. I will definitely be going back!
