I won't be returning to the Tire Exchange or recommending their services unfortunately. I know mistakes happen, but in the end I think their standards are low and that's not great when it comes to road safety.
I came to Tire Exchange to SUPPORT your local biz, bought a set of used tires, and one had a hole in the tire wall (so a useless tire). It was flat shortly after having it done. 3 calls later over the span of a month, speaking with 2 representatives saying it would be refunded, I still HAVEN'T received a refund. I was kind on the phone even though I didn't receive that same patience from

Hard to score a local company that I've had generally positive experiences with in the past, and who provided good service today for replacement of a full set of tires.
Unfortunately the experience today was marred by the complete absence of masks on any employee, including those working inside the customer service area. At this point in the pandemic it's hard to attribute this to anything other than intentional disregard of public health guidelines.

The best service in the area. My husband and I bring all our vehicles (and we have a few!) here and we always receive the quickest and highest quality service. We just ordered tires for winter and had them brought in, installed and ready to go in less than 2 days! These guys work hard and it shows, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I bought a set of used tires here in Jun 2020 for a 2000 VW Cabrio to ensure it had safe tires before being sold. Got told "looks great, like new". Picked them up and had my shop mount them while car was in for other maintenance. I followed up with my shop in Feb 2021 and while discussing tires, I found out this set of tires was more than 10 years old. At time of purchase, the tires that Tire Exchange sold me were already 9 years 6 months old. My shop's recommendation was that they would not service them anymore, and should be removed from the road. I got about 3 months of driving out of this set

My last car had Cuomo all weathers which I got for less than $400 installed in Victoria. Awesome. Then on this car I had a tire emergency and had to go to this place, who charged me $900 for Toyo.
Not impressed but what can you do.

These guys are amazing. I ve been there before and they were prompt friendly and great price. Today I was in a bind and they went out of their way to help me and give me a dood deal. I was impressed before but now I want to make sure everyone knows that if there is a tire issue just stop in and get ready to feel like family
