Incorporated in 2004, Adescor's main focus's were in the corrugated pipe and pipe extrusion equipment manufacturing. Since then, Adescor has committed to a continuing program of product improvement providing customers with flexible solutions for various industries that can help create significant value and an edge over the competition.
Pipe corrugators are used to manufacture many products requiring the continuous extrusion of an endless tube with a circumference of varying diameters. While straight pipe extrusion can be easily accomplished on a traditional vacuum sizing extrusion line, the corrugator offers a unique capability to pass a group of repeating molds past a die extrusion nozzle connected to an extruder.
Adescor has been designing and building Custom Automated Equipment for more than 20 years. The primary focus has been in the development of equipment for the plastic extrusion industry, but these opportunities can be expanded far beyond plastic extrusion products. If you have a material handling application, secondary processing application, such as cutting, drilling, tapping, etc. Adescor can help provide the solution you are looking for.
Since Adescor has been in business, we have offered our customers continued support on their equipment. Even after the machines warranty period expires, our service does not! With our skilled employees were able to offer numerous methods of support including but not limited to, phone support, remote access diagnostic support, onsite support, as well as maintenance support and rebuild work if necessary.
ADESCOR offers in-plant installation services. Our experienced technicians will setup the equipment in your facility. From mechanical alignments to I/O checks, the Adescor technicians will work with your staff to ensure the installation is done in a timely manner. Adescor technicians will remain on site for startup of the equipment to ensure proper functionality is achieved.
