I've been going for years for physiotherapy, all the physiotherapist who have worked with me are incredible. I recently started going regularly for massage as well, Lisa is very skilled and a very soothing person to be around and makes it her goal to ensure a calm, comfortable experience in addition to helping with injury. Overall its a very welcoming atmosphere.

I highly recommend Bragg Creek Physio. Reception is friendly and
also efficient. With Lisa Chapman, you can expect to give a thorough
history, and to receive constant updates of her massage therapy plan.
She is knowledgeable and helpful with her explanations, and with suggested follow-up exercises. I have confidence that I am in good
hands with Lisa, and appreciate her professionalism! I have had
very positive experiences with physio therapists in the office over the
years, as well.

The physiotherapist is very informative and helpful but going here is not worth being discriminated against for things out of your control. Rude receptionist and inappropriate phone call made to me while at home are not worth my time coming here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was proved wrong.
