Feeling good in your own skin and having a positive internal relationship with your body can positively impact all of the other external relationships in your life. As a mother of two with a passion for fitness, Tamara realized that, despite eating a healthy diet and staying consistent with her workout routine, some stubborn fat just would not go away.
As a medical professional, she wanted a solution that was safe and effective, but wouldn't break the bank. Tamara found TruSculpt and was an immediate fan of the technology and the results, but she found that the local businesses offering it in Calgary catered to a very specific clientele.

What is Massage? Massage therapy is a comprehensive intervention involving a range of techniques to manipulate the soft tissues and joints of the body. The purpose of massage therapy is to prevent, develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function or relieve pain1 (Massage Therapy Act, 1991).
Our ability to maintain balance is achieved through the sensory input of a few systems working together in our body. Our vestibular system along with information from our muscles and joints (proprioception) and our visual system provide sensory input. Sensory input is integrated by the cerebellum and the cerebral cortex which then leads to motor output signals determining the response of our body, coordinated balance.
Physical symptoms: Headache, nausea, vomiting, visual abnormalities, blurred or double vision, balance problems, dizziness, sensitivity to light or noise, ringing in the ears. Cognitive symptoms: Problems concentrating, feeling dazed, memory problems, and being unable to multi-task, not your regular self.
The pelvic floor is made up of many muscles, ligaments, tendons, connective and neural tissue. The primary role of the pelvic floor is to act as a hammock to support all the organs in the pelvic girdle. It is estimated that one third of women are affected by a pelvic floor disorder or dysfunction[1].
You will need access to a computer, tablet or smartphone with a functioning camera and microphone (our platform works on PCs and Apple computers as well as iOS and android devices). You will also need access to internet, and space in your home where you can complete exercises (this may include floor space, a bed, chair, or couch, a counter or wall for support).

I have been seeing Monique now for about 3 weeks due to a work related injury. I have to say I'm very impressed not only does she care but seems willing to go the extra mile. The ladies that work up front are also very friendly and helpful. If you ever need physiotherapy for any reason I highly recommend.

Monique is the best physiotherapist I have ever seen. She is kind, knowledgeable and very relatable. She is up to date with her information and has already helped me gain strength and flexibility. She is also always encouraging. I look forward to seeing her every time..... even when she makes me exercise 😋 please don’t hesitate to see her if you need a one-of-a-kind physio!

Great service here. I have been attending physio for the last year now to address a work related injury. I have nothing but kind words for all the staff. There is plenty of free parking available. Elevator is available for those requiring that level of accessibility. My physiotherapist has been fantastic. Highly knowledgeable with a practical approach. Two thumbs up from this guy!
